CHAOS Industries Validates Vanquish Prime Radar in Major Middle East Operational Assessment
AMMAN, Jordan — CHAOS Industries has successfully completed a high-stakes operational assessment of its Vanquish Prime radar system at the Deep Element Test Range in Jordan. The event marks a significant milestone in the deployment of distributed sensing technology for Middle East air defense.
The assessment was hosted in collaboration with the Jordanian Armed Forces and Deep Element. Military representatives from the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Qatar, and Kuwait attended the demonstration to evaluate the system’s performance against evolving aerial threats.
Vanquish Prime is the first radar of its kind to achieve Technology Readiness Level 9 (TRL-9) within 12 months of development. The system has already logged more than 20,000 hours of tracking operations globally.
The radar is powered by Coherent Distributed Networks (CDN™) technology. Unlike traditional monolithic radars that rely on a single large antenna, CDN utilizes a web of smaller, synchronized sensor nodes. This architecture employs Two-Way Time Transfer (TWTT) to achieve sub-nanosecond synchronization across the network.
This distributed approach provides “graceful degradation” on the battlefield. If a single node is targeted or destroyed, the remaining network continues to function, maintaining a common situational picture. The system is designed to detect and track unmanned aerial systems (UAS), missiles, and aircraft at a fraction of the cost of legacy systems.
The Jordan assessment comes as regional partners seek to build a more integrated air and missile defense architecture. The proliferation of low-cost drones has created a need for scalable, affordable sensing layers that can cover vast areas without the high cost-per-kill ratio of traditional interceptors.
CHAOS Industries was recently selected for the U.S. Army’s Global Tactical Edge Acquisition Directorate (G-TEAD) Marketplace. This designation allows Army Service Component Commands and NATO partners to rapidly acquire Vanquish technology to meet urgent operational needs.
The company’s growth reflects a broader shift in defense strategy toward distributed and autonomous systems. By linking radar, sensors, and communication nodes into a unified web, CHAOS aims to provide faster detection and more resilient protection for allied forces.
